Worship is central to the life of First Christian Church. It's a time set aside for us to gather as one body in-person and in spirit to bring whatever is on our hearts to God in prayer, to sing praises, to hear scripture anew, and to reflect on what God may be calling us to do and be, here and now. Our worship service is a joyous, creative, informal occasion with a variety of music and liturgical elements from both contemporary and ancient traditions. As members of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), we celebrate Communion every week, where all are welcome to the table.
